SDI(Selective Dissemination of Information) service is for the oversea clients who wants to monitor the new patent applications in Korea by their own definitions or classifications of technologies or products or patent search queries.

This SDI service by IPI for oversea clients must be a representative service of IPI where the highly trained specialty of patent search and quality translation expertise of IPI can be demonstrated.

Once oversea clients put queries to IPI through secured on-line or offline communication, IPI searches the patents including the most recent publications which are still in Korean and produces search reports according to the query in English. The delivery of the search reports will be completed within 3 days from the reception of queries via e-mail.

Clients can set the range of information to be summarized and translated in the reports such as bibliography, abstracts, descriptions, first claims and so on.

The SDI service can also be provided with full text translations or analysis reports on client's request.

IPI assure that the whole process is protected with secured measures.
